Can I return or exchange an item if I simply do not like it?

Yes, you can always exchange an item without giving any reason, if you are within 14 days after receipt. Just let us know by e-mail. If you want to exchange, we will reserve the right item for you for which you want to exchange.

Can I pay after I receive the item?

Yes, you can opt for our partner Afterpay. You can then pay for the item as soon as you received it and have decided that you want to keep it. 

What is your delivery time?

We ship within 1 business day by Post.nl (postal service) with track and trace within The Netherlands. Foreign countries will take longer. You can always track your shipment through the track and trace number that you will receive as soon as we ship the package .

Can I wash the expensive scarves?

Some scarves should be dry cleaned and some scarves can do with a simple hand wash or fine wool wash (!) cycle in the washing machine. In general, we always recommend scarves (or other articles of wool) to wash as little as possible. If the scarf has adopted an unpleasant odor, you can better air the scarf. Should the scarf really need to be washed, always follow the washing instructions on the label .

If I gave a scarf as a present, can the receiver also return/change the scarf?

Yes, she can. Just let us know within 14 days, then fill in the return form and have the scarf sent back in 14 days.

 

Are the reviews from the Feedback Company trustworthy?

Yes, absolutely! In fact, SjaalMania cannot edit, approve, or reject these reviews. We've partnered with an independent company to handle this. They verify and publish the reviews and act primarily on behalf of our customers. Why do we do this? Because we want to treat our customers like actual customers—with honesty and care.

Why are the SjaalMania Cosy Chic scarves never on sale?

Sales are typically used to clear out “old” collections and make room for new ones. Stores literally need to free up space for new items. Since SjaalMania mainly sells online and doesn't work with changing seasonal collections—but offers its scarves year-round—it wouldn’t make sense to put them on sale. Otherwise, they’d be full price, then on sale, then full price again. That wouldn’t be logical, right? Our scarves are not trend-driven and are made to last (sustainable!). So a sale doesn’t fit our philosophy. This also means you never have to worry that you bought your scarf “too early.” :) However, we occasionally run promotions—so keep an eye on our social media and newsletters.

My discount code doesn’t work. What should I do?

Why do I have to pay return shipping costs?

According to the Dutch Distance Selling Act, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. It's true that many large webshops offer free shipping and returns. Unfortunately, we are a smaller webshop and cannot cover both shipping and return costs.
