Exchange or Return:

According to the Distance Selling Act, the return period is 28 days.

Steps for a return:
  1. Register your return within 28 days of receipt via My Account > Orders. (if you have not created an account, send us an email [email protected].
  2. Then return the items neatly folded in the original packaging to us within 28 days. Make sure it is clear who the shipment comes from. This can be done by attaching the return form or packing slip or a note with the order number + name.
  3. Return costs are at your own expense . In addition to complying with the Distance Selling Act, we also believe that this allows us to promote 'conscious shopping'. You subconsciously think more carefully before making a purchase and in this way we all save the environment. It is of course also possible to deliver these to our showroom in Amsterdam (by appointment).
  4. Clearly indicate on the packing slip or on the returns form which order number it concerns and which scarf(s) you are returning. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. Keep your proof of sending safe!

If you want to exchange, place a new order via the webshop, which you will receive quickly or even the next day. We will refund the amount to be returned within 2 working days of receiving your return. Keep your shipping receipt safe!

We shop worldwide. For costs make an order and the costs will appear during your check out. Unfortunately orders outside the European Union cannot be returned.
