Exchange or Return:

According to the Distance Selling Act, the return time is 28 days.

In order to save the environment and because we receive almost no returns, we do not include a return form as standard with our orders.

Steps for a return:
  1. Register your return via My Account > Orders within 14 days of receipt. (if you have not created an account, send us an email [email protected].
  2. Then return the items neatly folded in the original packaging to us within 14 days at the latest. Make sure it is clear from whom the shipment comes. This can be done by enclosing the return form or the packing slip or a note with the order number + name.
  3. Costs for return are for your own account. In addition to complying with the Distance Selling Act, we also believe that this allows us to control 'conscious shopping'. You subconsciously think better before you make a purchase and with this we all save the environment. It is of course also possible to drop this off at our showroom in Amsterdam (by appointment).
  4. Clearly indicate on the packing slip or on the return form which order number it concerns and which scarf(s) you are returning.
  5. Send the shipment back to:

Reservation Exchange

If you want to exchange the item, we kindly request you to reserve the desired new order via email with us ([email protected]). We will then hold the desired order for you and send it as soon as we have received your return. If you don't want to or can't wait that long, you can also order the scarf via the webshop. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 5 working days. The advantage for you is that you are sure that the desired scarf will be sent immediately and you do not have to wait until your return has been received by us.

Shipping costs other countries:

We shop worldwide. For costs make an order and the costs will appear during your check out. Unfortunately orders outside the European Union cannot be returned.

Deliver to a different address or give a scarf as a gift:

If you want to have the order delivered to a friend, enter your friend's address at the delivery address and your own details at the contact and billing address.
